These policies apply to all reservations made on nasmatdubai.com for properties located in Dubai.
Cancellation Policy
1. Guest cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation according to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.
Free cancellation is available only if the booking allows it and if the cancellation is made within the allowed period stated in the reservation details.
If the cancellation is made after the free-cancellation period, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations made close to the check-in date may result in a partial or full charge of the total booking amount.
3. No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date and does not inform us in advance, the booking will be considered a no-show.
In this case, the full booking amount may be charged and no refund will be provided.
4. Modification of booking
Changes to dates or stay duration are subject to availability and may result in a price difference.
5. Cancellation by the property
Nasmat Dubai reserves the right to cancel a reservation in exceptional situations such as technical issues, maintenance problems, or force majeure events.
If a booking is cancelled by us, the guest will be entitled to a refund according to the Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy
1. Refund eligibility
A refund is issued only if:
the booking is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period, or
the reservation is cancelled by the property, or
a valid refund is approved by Nasmat Dubai.
2. Non-refundable bookings
Some promotional or special-rate bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
In such cases, no refund will be provided if the guest cancels.
3. Refund method
All approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the original booking.
We do not provide cash refunds.
4. Refund processing time
Once a refund is approved, it is submitted immediately for processing.
The time needed for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
5. Partial refunds
If only part of the stay is cancelled or modified, a partial refund may apply, depending on the booking conditions.
6. Service charges
Transaction or payment gateway fees, if applicable, may not be refundable.
